Design and layout charges are from $25 onwards depending on the complexity of the design.
Minimum of 3 rounds of revisions for artwork, or else $8 will be charged subsequently per revisions.
Customers providing artwork for print must provide them in printable format example: PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, TIFF, PS etc.
Please Note:
- 50% deposit of the quoted amount is required before commencing of any design project, with the balance payable prior to completion.
- Once researched, resources allocated or design work has commenced on a project, this deposit is non-refundable. In the case of a change of mind by “The Client,” this deposit is non-refundable.
- Should additional design not initially quoted for being requested during the design process, a progress payment will be payable prior to further work being carried out. Otherwise, all additional costs will be added to the final invoice, payable prior to delivery of final products.
- Upon deposit, the first draft of designs will be emailed to you within 3 workings days.
- Processing time: Printing takes about 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of design & downpayment.
- Additional charges may apply for express services.
- All cards are to be collected within 60 days from the date of completion, otherwise, the company reserved the right to forfeit the deposit(s) and the order shall be considered cancelled.
- Delivery: Free delivery to one location in Singapore for orders more than $500, otherwise there will be an additional delivery fee of $20 for door delivery. (full payment needed before delivery/postage).
– Please ensure that the receiving person is available on the date & time of delivery. Otherwise, additional charge for the second trip is applicable.
– Delivery services are limited to mainland Singapore, expect for a restricted area (additional charges apply). - Refund/Returns:
Because all orders are custom made especially for you with your desired choice of colour, size, design and personalization, we do not accept returns. Please consider the quantity and design choices carefully prior to submitting your order.
